i hav pretty bad dark circles(bags) under my eyes and i need a concealer to cover them up. i have olive skin.

I personally use the "Herbal Eye Concealer" by Too Faced. It costs $19.50, but it is well worth it. I not only use it to perfect the skin under my eyes, but I also use it on acne scars and live acne (and it doesn't irritate it more, thankfully). The coverage is pretty amazing. They have 3 different shades. Mine is "St. Tropez Tan".

Like you I have really dark circles under my eyes and my skin is also very dry. First of all you must always apply eye cream before your concealer. I use Clinique's Line Smoothing Concealer and it covers EVERYTHING, you do not notice my dark circles and the best part is you don't have to use much.
