I have dark circles under my eyes and they annoy me, I cant seem to find a really good concealer that covers them up? Also whats a a good foundation that wont make your skin look totally washed out?

No7 concealer, and No 7 Intelligent Foundation, it adapts to the shade of you face so it it doesn't wash you out

You and I are blondes. I have fair skin homever and you look more tan. This is what I do whatever, try it, it may work for tan skin.

I use a pink colored concealer (looks like a jumbo size pencil) Anyway I apply it under my eyes. It's light and not cakey and also reflects light. ( Got the idea from Carmendy on What Not to Wear)

I don't use foundation either. I use a non-tinted moisterizer with a 45 SPF for skin protection. I got it at Wal Mart. Since you're tan you may want to try the tinted moisterizer. I like these because they are very light and leave you're skin moist, not cakey or dry. Good luck!
