Mac Concealers Too Cover Up Imperfections ?

Ok so i have this concealer from mac its the thick kind and i use it and it covers everything up perfectly but lately i started breaking out and i think it was cause of my concealer is there any other kind of concealer that wont make me break out and wont get on my white shirts and makes my face looks perfect?
