Default What does a coat of green concealer do before applying the actual concealer?
i've seen concealers come with the first base color which is green

It neutralizes redness- DON"T go overboard, you'll look like a witch. Also, yellow neutralizes dark under-eye circles.

It eliminates or tones down red undertones, ruddiness, or red spots on your skin, making the skin tone appear more even when you apply foundation over it.
