I suggest the Nutrogena or Avon brands, both can be found at most Longs or CVS. Generally they have a blemish-fighting salicylic acid base which doesn't cause too much oiliness.
Really, you have to test a few products(and remember to pay attention to their active ingredients) till you find a good balance. there are a couple ways to treat acne, but the main three are these; cleansing, toner, and antibacterial. Look at the proactive system, they use all three. Once you have a method that helps, just don't overdo it! More Oxy will make your skin first dry then oilier!
My last advise; look for a store with a beauty return pollicy. Rite-Aid's normaly pretty good for that.
