can u recommend a good drugstore brand under eye concealer?

NYC. Try Ulta, they also have store brands in their store and hopefully you can try it before you buy it. Also, buy a shade or two lighter than your skin and finish up blending it in with your foundation. Good luck.

or
Almay : Bright Eyes

You can get them both at any Target, Walmart, etc.
I have used them both and they are really good.

l'oreal infalliable concealer...its great ... im spotty so you know it works....

or benefit ... but im not sure you can get it at a chemist.....

sorry im british... we dont call it a drugstore....
