iv got dry skin so possibly a liquid concealer what do you think
i was thinking a waterproof eyeliner. which is the best not liquid.

if your looking for an eyeliner that's really smooth and soft you should try MAC power point pencil in engraved it's amazing it stays on for the longest time. but one of their eyeliners is waterproof its called technokohl eyeliner in graph black but after a couple uses it dries out because it's one of the self sharpening eyeliners. BUT i absolutely love MACs Engrave and it is waterproof!. my favorite mascara is diorshow blackout waterproof it stays on for such a long time and it really lengthens and volumes my lashes i love it!! the only concealer i use is MACS it's in like a little jar haha i forgot what it's called but it conceals everything!

mac & revlon for eyes.
covergirl & mac for the rest.

but if you don't like spending tons of money on makeup, don't buy mac. mac is a very expensive product, but well worth it.

* NO waterproof eyeliner. you will NOT be able to get it off, and it is very annoying.

I use covergirl eyeliner, the kind that you dont have to resharpen you just twist it and it keeps coming out. It stays on very well, comes in lots of different colors and has an eraser on the other end that can take off any mistakes. I pretty much use covergirl everything and havn't had a problem with it. I have dry skin in some areas of my face and oily in others, also I'm very fair skinned and cover girl is the only brand I've found that matches my skin tone. oh, and I HATE the liquid eyeliner, its so hard to put on and the lines are very thin i dont see how anyone can wear it!!
