i think u mean loose powder? its what u use before any make up so it helps the make up set. its kinda sheer so it shouldn't look cakey. it makes ur skin look more smooth or adds some colour to ur skin tone.

u don't hafta use it with concealer.

you could wear concealer on top of foundation. i don't really like foundation so i just use the concealer alone.

i like the cream concealers a bit more cos the colour doesnt look obvioius. but maybelline has one thts kinda like a stick type. its pretty good, u just press it down into ur skin and rub it in a bit. it comes in different skin tones.
