I need a good concealer, one that possibly isn't noticable even after I put foundation on. Past concealer's always rub off when I put the foundation on. Help!

Everyday minerals intensive concealer has worked the best for me. I was surprised because with every other concealer both powder and cream I've had to blend and blend and reapply but I just wiped this across beneath my eyes once with a concealer brush and that was it, it blended right in too.

Ok, first of all, are you putting on the concealer before you apply your foundation, which is what it sounds like. If so, you are actually supposed to put concealer on AFTER your foundation because if not, it will rub off. So put on foundation, then concealer and then just lightly touch up the areas where you applied concealer to blend it. If this isn't the problem for you then I suggest Maybelline's Mineral Power Concealer. It works great!
