avon mineral powders or normal concealer?

i am currently using boir jois cream stick concealer,,i use it to cover broken capillary veins,,somebody said id be better with the avon mineral power stuff,,,what does anyone think,,have you tried it and will i ger better and faster way to conceal,,any answers much appreciated.
