so, i'm looking for a very good cocealer that i can get at a CVS pharmacy. I have insanly dark circles and i've tried the cold spoon trick and i get a good amount of sleep but they just WON'T GO AWAY. sometimes i look so bad! also i've tried that: mabelline new york concealer/highlighter and it doesn't cover up anything! so remember i can't go anywhere except CVS. and i need something good because i don't want to waste all my money

Hi, I've been having the same exact problem. This past week I've tried so many concealers at makeup departments and returned a bunch that I got at the drug store. I discovered a clip on youtube about this makeup artist to the celebrities; she said that most of us are wearing the wrong concealer and end up looking like raccoons. The trick is to use the color "salmon" which combines with the dark circles to create an even skin tone. I'll include the youtubevideo and the website if you'd like to order her stuff. It's pricey so I'm trying to find out if there are any "salmon" cream concealers - can't find ANY at the drug store; may try the mall department again now. Wish me luck and good luck to you!

Sometimes dark circles and eye bags are genetic. I use Arbonne Concealer, which works really well for me, since I don't have to guess the perfect skin tone for my face. Also, if they're puffy or really purple, it might be due to allergies. Go get an allergy test done, and if that is the problem, just use a simple once a day allergy medicine like Clariol.
