Default Treatments for Keloids? Possible concealers? ?

My 7 year old daughter suffered a cut to her face when she was 3 years old. The cut starts at the middle of her upper lip and extends to the middle of her cheek. The scar is now starting to keloid a bit and I wanted to know what treatments were available. I'm also considering applying concealer to the scar to make it less noticeable. She’s only 7 so I’m not sure if I should do it yet. The scar doesn’t bother her too much but she does say that people ask her about it a lot. It hurts me more than it hurts her. Anyway, any suggestions on keloid treatments or concealers? Thanks!
