I use CoverGirl Clean Makeup, Oil Control. You can put it on with your fingers or a sponge, and because it's liquid, it goes on very light and sheer and stays put. I like it because it doesn't wrinkle or smudge under my eyes. They also have it for normal and dry skin. =]

i have a tip. when buying concealer you should pick one with a pink tint like salmon tint because when people buy these really light concealers when applyed to the under eye you can so tell because because its so light and this makes the under eye circles stand out even more! so next time you buy a concealer pick one thats got a pink tinge to it!!
i heard this from a makeup artiste and thats what colour they all use! x x

I love using the Physician's formula brand, it's a double concealer wand (one end is a yellow tint for undereye, and the other end is a skin tone for other blemishes). I always start by making sure my face is clean and free of oils and then dot the yellow tint under my eyes starting from the inner corner of my eyes. I then use a concealer brush (you can get a good one with synthetic brushes from CVS for like $5) and blend it all in until I'm satisfied. Sometimes you might need to use a little more, it just depends on the size and the darkness you are trying to cover. To finish it off, I like dusting a translucent powder underneath so it has a natural finish, not a shiny one that many concealers can leave behind. I hope this was helpful!

I use the All About Eyes concealer in Light Golden from Clinique.

Step 1: I squeeze a tiny drop onto my middle finger (palms up) just enough to dab a thin layer onto the bottom of my eyes at the area close to my nose.
Step 2: I take my ring finger and blend the concealer that has been applied using light dabbing motion. I start to dab slowly away from the nose and up near my bottom lashes.
Step 3: Blend, blend, blend until everything looks natural (no harsh lines).
