I love using the Physician's formula brand, it's a double concealer wand (one end is a yellow tint for undereye, and the other end is a skin tone for other blemishes). I always start by making sure my face is clean and free of oils and then dot the yellow tint under my eyes starting from the inner corner of my eyes. I then use a concealer brush (you can get a good one with synthetic brushes from CVS for like $5) and blend it all in until I'm satisfied. Sometimes you might need to use a little more, it just depends on the size and the darkness you are trying to cover. To finish it off, I like dusting a translucent powder underneath so it has a natural finish, not a shiny one that many concealers can leave behind. I hope this was helpful!
