concealer is what it's name implies,it's thicker and more opaque to do more coverage, this you would not put all over your face just in certain spots

foundation- your base to a perfect face...this goes all over i prefer to do concealer first then foundation on top to sort of blend the concealer better so it looks natural

for acne get a good concealer (you may have to spend a bit more, but it's worth it!) OIL-FREE is a must and make sure it's not a crappy brand either, you want quality for your skin

okay okay... first, you put on foundation... it can come in a liquid in a tiny bottle or powder.. youre just supposed to put this all over your face..
next, you take concealer.. this also can come in a lip gloss sized bottle or in a powder.. itll usually be smaller though cause you dont need much

the point of concealer is to cover up little bumps on your face... but only with teh concealer.. then you finish off with powder..
this comes in a little compact and you put this as a finisher all over your face.

if you go to a department store at the mall, they can apply your makeup for you and tell you which colors and of what to buy.. and its free ! (b.c they want you to buy their products )

Don't go for either if you have really bad achne it will just make it worse! you need a powder - it does the same thing as foundation - just even out your skin tone and works as a base - if you have really red patches of achne then you should put tea tree concealer on it - its green so it lightens the red - but really stay clear of foundation it does more damage than good!

This is what powder looks like (in case your not sure)

and its cheaper than foundation usually

and this is what the concealer should look like - dont wory it doesnt make you look like an alien though

Good Luck!
