As a stand-alone concealer, not so good. But if you use foundation as well, it's perfect. I used to have mild rosacea (this genetic redness on my cheeks and forehead), and I always used it. It's easy to apply, and it really does make the red less conspicuous. However, I always leave a bit of a greenish tint, and then apply a very sheer layer of foundation (usually MAC) just to cover the green. And it definitely got rid of the redness.
So yes, I'd recommend it - but only if you use foundation. If you'd rather stave off the foundation, go with a heavy-duty non-comeodogenic foundation. Like Everyday Minerals (everydayminerals.com) or Bare Minerals - as long as they won't block your pores, foundation's good and would be perfect.
