Default 13 yrs i want to wear concealer/ loose powder!?

Ok so my mom is pretty ok with make-up. Right now i wear neutral eyeshadow, mascara, lipgloss, eyeliner. I have some red blotches on my skin and i really want to wear some kind of cover up. I really like the idea of tinted moisturized and i have pretty dry skin but i dont know how to ask her and then convince her. My mom wont let me go any where near thick foundation or foundation of any sort, she thinks its for older ladies. I really just want something to put on to hid red blotches, not for full face coverage because i dont want to look overly made up. Thanx for any answers!!

Dior Airflash is great. It has really good coverage but doesn't look like you are wearing anything, its my fav (hahah gotta use something to cover up those bags under my eyes)

You're 13 going through a phase right now. Keep your skin clean with some black soap and stay away from the waxy products that can clog your skin. Before retiring, get some pure shea butter and put it on your face so that it can help clear up the red blotches. You have plenty of time to enhance your beauty. Good Luck!

Try mineral powder. It is the new trend and works great. Plus it covers up blemishes without caking on make-up.

loose powder isn't heavy and neither is liquid foundation. the only time liquid foundation is heavy is when you don't apply it right. when useing liquid always, always, apply with a sponge, never fingers. and there are liquid concealers too that work wonders. always blend the foundation in around hair line and jaw line so it will look natural.

I greatly dislike foundation. I'm sure your mom would approve of a concealer stick...Clearasil and Neutrogena have a nice one out that not only covers blotches well, but also prevents acne.
