I use cream concealer, then wear powder foundation. Which should I put on first? The concealer or the foundation? Which would look better with the concealer: liquid or powder foundation... or does it matter? (I have both, so tell me which is better)

But on to my issue...

I put concealer on first, then my powder foundation on afterwards. It looks fine at first but after an hour or so, the zit I applied it to looks cakey and that area on my face is darker.

Its not horrible, but I'm rather self concious about it.

I'm meeting an instructor for the first time today, and I want to look perfect.

How can I apply my concealer so I have a flawless face?

Any other tips for a flawless face?

At modeling school we used a liquid foundation first. Then we would put a dot of concealer where needed and kinda tap foundation on it untill it blended good.
