Default Can i a foundation primer with concealer?
i just bought the smahbox photofinish light foundation primer...and i was wondering if it will cause any problems with my concealer?
i plan to apply the primer
then concealer then
my cream foundation

no, thats wat its for,, you use the primer before u put all of ur makeup on
