1] use a face wash, toner, sunscreen, and moisturizer for your skin type. Wash, tone, and sunscreenin AM; then wash, tone, and moisturize in PM.
2] exfoliate with apricot scrub two to three times a week [ removes dead skin cells, old oil, and dried sebum [ skin wax ] to prevent and improve clogged pores
3] use ONLY non-comedogenic [ doesn't clog pores ] makeup and face products - read the package info!
4] always remove all makeup before bed - no matter what the products say
5] use acne cream or gel on any zits
6] go to wikihow or google to learn tips on covering up spots
with concealer or foundation [ non-comedogenic, remember? ]
7] avoid all fried, fast, and junk food/drinks - even diet junk food
8] drink 1/2 gallon of water a day
9] take a good multivitamin with minerals every day
