I usually put it under the eyes and blend it in, it really depends on where you need it for your skin but you can on the sides of your eyes aswel.

u put concealer only in places that need it. so if u have discoloration in the corner and under ur eyes then go for it. but dont go on the lid b/c that can interfere with ur eyeshadow. the best thing to do is go with a creme concealer adn put it on with a concealer brush because u can use the brush to take it right up to the lash line and you don't end up with more concealer on ur finger than on ur face. once u apply it with the brush using light long strokes, press it into ur skin using the warmth of ur finger to melt it into ur skin at the edges so that u don't have the line. don't rub or dab press it into your skin just around the edges to make it really blend. make sure that the concealer is only one shade lighter than ur skin. u want to brighten under ur eyes not whiten.
