Default Concealer Question??? Ten points to best!?

This summer I want to wear the very minimal makeup as possible. My skin is getting better and better (I went form a lot of acne to only two red bumps that are small but hard to cover). I am trying to not use foundation or powder. So what is a good medium or full coverage concealer stick safe for sensitive skin?

Thanks!

P.S. Drugstore is more convenient (my small town only has a Longs to buy makeup) however I occasionally go out of town so department stores are ok too.
