well the kind i use dont come with wands but they are amazing and a little expensive
its called clinique superbalanced make up and its liquid in a little square bottle.

-if thats too expensive, try maybelline pure makeup
its shine-free foundation (liquid) with h2o and oil free

-or cover girl clean makeup which is light weight with natural coverage

-or even loreal infallible make up. it has spf 18 sunscreen in it, and "resists signs of fatigue"

those are all the liquid foundations that I use, and they are great!

hope i helped
good luck..! (:

Physicians formula has great ones.

Green and tan togther. The green covers red and blemishs and the tan blends it in.

m.a.c has a great cream formula concealer. it can cover anything flawlessly!

but if you really want a liquid concealer, try physicians formula. works pretty good.
