Best Concealer?

So, I'm having some darrrk under-eye circles. And its not terrible, but it just looks weird close up. I use Bare Minerals and it's tremendous, but I feel that under my eyes isn't concealed enough.
Any good concealers, please. The cost doesn't matter, but it would be nice to just pick it up at Target or CVS or something.
