Here's a good trick for under eye darkness. Put the concealer on top of your foundation so it stays put. Then a setting powder.

concealer is ok, but is it due to sinus congestion, I know you said hereditary but it can be corrected if that is the case. you can also try to sleep on your back cause when you sleep on your stomach fluid cases your eyelids to swell. try ice packs for your eyes as well as vitamin C and K alpha hydroxy and kinetin.

I have those too, I use a Stila Concealer thats a shade or two lighter than my skin tone under a light layer of bare escential's bare minerals foundation powder.

I have the exact same problem, and start using bare escentual foundation (works as a concealer also). Oh, my god. It's AMAZING. It stays on all day and covers so well. I mean it covers better than anything I've ever tried before, even just a little amount. You can buy it from Sephora or google their website, I think you can buy it from there. It's amazing, you won't be let down.
