Try a concealer with a yellow undertone. Make sure it comes in like a pot, so you can dab it on your eyes.
Don't rub the concealer because that generally doesn't help, just dab until all of it is absorbed.
I have the same problem. You can also try to pull attention to other features such as your lips with a bright lipstick, or try applying a lot of eye make-up, that generally works.
If your under-eye circles are from lack of sleep, theres only one solution: get more sleep!
You can also visit your doctor, they prescribe medicine that can make it go away.
