Best foundation and concealer?

I recently developed melasma dark skin pigmentations above my lip and some right under my eyes.. WHAT would you reccommend to cover this up and to not look like I am wearing a TONNNN of makeup... This is very embarrasing for me cuz it looks like a dark mustache.. (NO hair is there).???

I've been using maybelline mousse it's good and light and powderry!
