aaa help! powder concealer?

hey. i was wondering if any of u know any good powder concealers? not for face just for under eyes for dark circles. i dont like the thick gross feelin of foundation i want a nice light powder. know any good brands? thaaanksss :] oh ya what eyeshadow colors are good for spring? i have a tan complexion with gold undertones.
