Help finding concealers???

I do not have bad skin at all, but I want to cover my chin (my problem spot) and my dark circles.What would be a good creamy concealer that is good for both acne-prone areas and dark circles?

P.S. Preferably drugstore, because I don't have a Sephora or a Macys in my stupid town.
