Default What concealer should I get?

My skin is getting clearer and clearer since I switched my skin care, and now all I have a four small pimples I would like to cover. What would be a good creamy (preferably drugstore) concealer that won't irritate my sensitive skin?

Also what is a good eye cream for a girl on a budget (nothing for wrinkles, just moisture)?

Thanks a lot!
