Default What is a good concealer?

I don't really want to pay more than £14.
I live in London so I can get most things.
I have very pale skin which can get quite dry and I have a few spots most of the time
(I'm 17)

I've used Tesco's concealer for a while now! It's pale enough for my pale skin and it's quite creamy. If you find a concealer a little dry you could always try a little extra moisteriser underneath.
