I have medium-dark skin and I am wondering whether tinted moisturizer will be sufficient to even out my skin tone, or whether I would need a concealer aswell .

I have some minor blemishes due to sun damage, and mild scarring, and I have major undereye circles, and some uneven skin tone.

I don't really wear makeup, but I know I'd look better with a little pick me up, so I'm looking for something with minimal coverage, which will even my tone and brighten my face, without making me look too made up.

I am also wondering if someone can make some suggestions as to a good product. I have combination skin and am prone to small blackheads in my t-zone, particularly around my nose, so something oil free may be a good idea.
