No I've done it before because my lotion exploded in my bag and it got all over it. It was fine. You can wash it.

Be careful about washing it.. Who knows it might clump? and why not use a Q tip or your finger for eye shadow?

umm, to wash bacteria off a face brush?
You NEED to wash face brushes often!!!
Just let it air dry before you use it again.

I wouldn't use it for eye shadow,...you should buy a different brush for that. But yes you can wash it. Use anti-bacterial hand soap...Wet the brush (don't put the bristles straight up into the water,..point them down towards the drain so the water doesn't part the bristles), the rub it gently with the soap,..rinse VERY well,..you can do it more than once if you need to,..but rinse untill water is clear!!! You should wash the brushes you use on your face at least once a month anyway. If you don't you're spreading tons of bacteria all over your face everyday,..which can lead to breakouts. When you're done washing your brush,..reshape it and lay it flat until it is completely dry!!

wash it and dry it before and after. that sparkly mineral crap will get in your eyes and it hurts. or just go spend a little cash for a brush just for eyeshadow

you can wash it with baby shampoo, wet a paper towel and put a small drop of baby shampoo, then move the brush back and forth, like you're painting, then move it back and forth on another section that is wet, i hope that helps you!
