what is more good to the skin than a concealer?

that i can be used to cover and remove the dark spots or pimple scars on my face when i will be going out or something..what beauty product is that, aside from concealer?

Wet 'n' Wild has a concealer, but it's like a double sided pencil. One side has a salicylic based gel and the other side is a concealer! Cute idea, huh?
