If you want mineral and cheap then you could check out everyday minerals, just search it on google.
If you, for whatever reason, don't want to get mineral cover-up's then go to boots and check out there stuff. Also superdrug - the NYC cover-up stick comes in green aswell!

I've never seen a mineral version. But, Maybelline Coverstick has a green one. You can get it at any drug store or department store....

I don't know about a mineral one but they do sell green corrector in boots.
