i have tried different concealers, expensive and not expensive. it never fully cover my dark circles, i have to put a lot on just made it lighter but it didnt blend with the rest of my skin color. it gets cakey sometimes.

foundation and then powdered conceler will do the trick!!!!

what you need to do is cancel out the color of you under eye
a make up specialist should be able to do this

every color has a color that is opposite of it
the opposite of red is green
so if you apply that color on top of your under eyes
and then put on a concealor it is much more likely to work
the opposite of blue is orange

that is why they sell green coverup of acne it cancels out the red and then you can put on regular concealor

Try a shade darker. That may help. Also, use your ring finger to blend it in in circles. I have found this works also.

get a concealer one shade lighter than ur skin ton in yellow. i use physician formula concealer. rub the concealer on the back of ur hand to warm it up so there will be no cakeyness, then pat it on the dark areas. add powder to set it in

Oh my gosh I totally agree. I have spent from $3 to $30 on one and still does not work for me. I have blotchy skin with occasional breakouts and everyone always looks cakey or noticeable or just doesn't cover at all. I'll check back to see others answers but I agree with you completely.
