I have been using Neutrogena's foundation but it looks too caky and I want something that goes on smoothly and looks natural and evens out my skin tone . And I have minimal acne so i need to know what the best concealers are too also The best lengthening mascara and I need an eyeliner that soesnt smudge or anything. Thanku!
