i use a concealer by clinique, but it doesn't cover up all of the acne on my forehead! and it doesn't cover up dark circles under my eyes! why?

What concealer do you use?
make sure to get a concealer a shade lighter than your skintone because the imperfections that you have are most likely darker

I have never used Clinique concealer, however I use a colorstay make-up by Revlon, only because it seems to do the job well. It seems to cover any redness and blemishes all day. I also use it as a concealer.

I prefer Mary Kay products...but as a work-a-round, try dabbing a very tiny dot of concealer over trouble spot and letting it dry for 20-30 sec before patting very lightly with fingertip around the edges of "dot" to blend in.
