I have dark circles and i just got this concealer, which is pretty cheap but you don't get alot of makeup products here. So yeah i tried it on and this is how it turned out...........

Honestly do you see a difference? Because i don't?! Its a stick concealer by the way.

Do i need to use foundation?

concealer and foundation are basically the same thing so u don't need to get a foundation but i do recommend a different concelear because i really don't see a difference but i good one doesn't come cheap and stick ones don't work that well so try a liquid one instead
