I need to choose between:

L'Oréal Paris Infallible Concealer and L'Oréal Touche Magique Concealer?

I need it for under-eye circles, NOT for flaws or blemishes on my face.

Infallible Concealer is better because

The pigment is swathed in a fluoride casing to make it resistant to perspiration and sebum for exceptional hold. I think this is better.
