I really want to stop spending so much on expensive foundation that's just going to get washed off at the end of the day. I've seen Wet n Wild and NYC foundations and concealers, but I've always been sort of iffy about buying something cheap to go on my face.

If you've used them, how do they compare to the bigger, more expensive brands?

Do not shop by price, shop by quality. Sometimes you can find great quality at a low price. Sometimes you have to suck it up and pay extra to be fabulous.

I wouldn't buy that stuff. It's cheap for a reason. With foundation and concealer I think you should splurge a little bit because it's something very noticable and worn every day. I use Almay Nearly Naked as a concealer. It's very light and doesn't leave a powdery look on my face... in fact you can barely see it. That stuff was about $10. Physicians Formula has nice stuff as well as Neutrogena.
