well you see i have horrible dark circles under my eyes and the only way i could get rid of them is with makeup so ,i wanted to try out a concealer brush and concealer stick but i need each to be under $10 i know,now ive heard that physisians formula concealer stick is really good but i need a good concealer brush UNDER $ 10 So plese try to help a girl out!
