Default Best concealer?

I have redder skin and big bags under my eyes no matter what i do. Even if i get like 1 0 hours of sleep i like usually get 8 anyways help!!

For one that's not too expensive, but good, I like Neutrogena 3-in-1, it has concealer, moisturizer and SPF 20 sunscreen...this is great if you have dark circles or bags...because it gives the very sensitive under-eye area extra protection. It also has a slight yellow tint- which is great for concealing bags/darkcircles. But if you want something that mainly covers the redness, go for a concealer with a green tint.
