try a facial mask about three times a week with the following ingredients; honey, milk, oat meal, and bananas.it will help very gently exfoliate the flaky skin, restore moisture, and posibly help even out your skin tone because milk has a slight lightening effect.at night try applying vitamin e oil to your face before bed.and to let your skin breathe, don't wear make-up!however, if you must, try mixing up some organic corn starch, vitamin e, and depending on your main skin tone or what you want it to look like, try adding a tea spoon of coco powder at a time and see what it looks like after thoroughly mixing.jojoba oil and coconut oil can also do wonders for your skin as well as taking vitamins and drinking lots of water...and don't forget to eat as healthy and organic as possible!!i hope this helps and good luck.

you must wash ur face everyday (twice daily) with cold water.
you also have to go outside, cause that's how ur pores breath. then you use a moisturizer, make sure this is the price range: $10-30 (from a pharmacy), check the contents, and make sure it has the things ur skin needs, like replenishing formulas, and make sure it does not have poisunous chemicals, and DO NOT put on makeup. that should start to help you. but you should probably see a dermatalogist, they will tell you exactly what's wrong.good luck, and follow the previous things i mentioned

Put a light moisturizer before going to bed and for makeup, try oil-based or liqufied makeup as they are made for dry skin.

You may want to try drinking more water. Try using a gentle exfoliate like St.Ives Apricot scrub. I find that cocoa butter the stick kind works best to keep my skin from getting dry. I use Queen Helen cocoa butter stick I use the heat from my face to rub the butter on my skin, I don't look oily or dry. The cocoa butter will do two things, it will hydrate your skin and it will help reduce any unevenness in your skin.
