where? why? under foundation? over foundation? help!!!

Use green to counteract red spots, use it before you put on regular foundation, after you use moisturizer with SPF!!! After you blend the green concealer, use foundation, then a face powder to set, and voila! This is what you do with the weird green concealer, works like a dream!!

umm it doesnt really work, but put it on really red zits under foundation. i reccomend Benefit Galactic Shield concealer

Green Concealer may look crazy in the tube, but what it does is take away the redness of your zits. You should apply to spots that are red, such as zits but not to spots such as your undereyes as this only make things worse. Apply before your foundation, but be careful as you apply your foundation that you don't wipe off the concealer.

Green concealer neutralizes redness and some birthmarks. You can use any concealer over or under foundation (doesn't matter). I like to put my foundation on first to even out my skin and then apply the concealer over to cover any blemishes/redness that is still visible.

Also, always finish with a dusting of powder to set the concealer.
