Default green concealer?

how do you properly apply it? i've tried using it before but it always comes out looking green.. or like i have a bruise!! how does it work? pointers anyone?
i have a red mark on my face that i tried using it on.. but it just made the mark stand out.. and look green! i thought the green was supposed to counteract the red.. that is why i used it. i have it in the "stick" form. it's a brand by loreal. so i don't know.. am i just not applying it right?

In what form do you have it in? usually you use it in certain areas if you have it to dab. I would recommend using a face primer first (smash box is the best, but you can find cheaper ones) and as lightly as you can apply the green concealer, just enough to take the red out - remember less is more. Then apply your fave foundation over it, blend well - dust with loose translucent powder when your done to set the makeup. Also make sure your using a sponge and not your fingers to apply any face makeup.

if it comes with a concealer brush tap it on your skin where it needs to be and rub it in.

green concealer is ment 2 hide erythema...meaning redness
u dot it onto the red areas with a makeup sponge and kinda rub it on..blend it into the skin..then apply foundation on top

Use a moisturizer and let it dry while you apply deoderant. Whether you use stick or cake green... use your ring finger as your applicator....dot the concealer from your finger over all reddened or dark areas...until you can hardly see them. Clean your finger...then....PAT the areas until the green color is uniform. This doesn't take much! Let it DRY. Then use your regular light make-up foundation OVER the concealer. You don't want to do more than lightly cover...and again...use your ringfiner as the applicator. When that coat is dry...use a brush of light powder to finish. Some prefer loose powder...as I'm older and have to avoid powder build-up in my laugh lines...I just use a dusting of a neutral pan powder. Have fun with this. The circles won't vanish....but they will be invisible if your smile is clean and bright!

It is used to hide redness, and can be applied after foundation or without foundation.

dab it onto the spot/area. then use a finger (not your pointer finger because your pointer finger is too harsh) and lightly dab the concealer in. apply more or less depending on how much coverage you want.

set it with light powder to help it blend in and keep it from wearing off

hope this helped!
