yes they are hereditary

Bare essentuals is full of bismuth which is poisionous to the face ( people) it also stains & will clump up in cakes.

I just posted a q about this &I was surprised how informed people were about this - the fillers & the "all natural" toxins in it.

jeez, you have eye circles at that age? i just noticed mine and i am only 25. just usually use a good cream for day and nite. use lighter foundation for makeup for the undereye area.. other than that, good luck.
