Bisque concealer by bare essentials?

I just ordered bisque the concealer by bare essentials. I was wondering...

1. Does it cover well?
2. Is it cakey looking?
3. Does it work well with the foundation?
4. Is there a different teqnique to apllying it (rather than the swirl,tap and buff one)?
