I have been given different kinds of responses. Which way works best when applying makeup on?

the concealer goes on first...really. that is cover inperfections. That way you cover and then you have a little more coverage with the foundation.

It depends where you are using concealer. I only wear concealer on the dark circles under my eyes and I put on foundation first. I've found that my concealer lasts longer if there is nothing on top of it. My foundation brush seems to rub away some of the concealer when I use concealer first.

concealer, because it is thicker. then you use the foundation, in this case it should be a powder one, to finish off the look.

Okay this is what i do... I uses 2 type of concealers, I uses a concealer stick for my dark circle...and concealer pencil for my acne and scars...
So, I would use the concealer stick and lightly dab 3 dots under my eyes and using my finger I'll slowly blend them...Then I'll apply my liquid foundation on my whole face... Which doesn't give a good coverage for my acnes and scars...
This is where i will use my pencil concealer to just lightly draw small dots to cover them... and I'll dab on them a few times to blend it in... By doing this, I'll get a very natural make up that covers only whats necessary...! without it caking up!
