This could possibly be because either you lack sleep or certain vitamins and nutrients. No mattter how much you hate it, try to get more sleep and eat a lot more vegetables and drink a lot more water and take daily multivitamins, especially Super B-Complex for about a week. If this isn't the solution, put black teabags, cold spoons, or cucumbers on your eyes for about 5-10 minutes. For the cold spoons, you should leave them in the freezer overnight, and put the dish-part on your eyes for about 5-10 minutes. When using the other two remedies, cover the teabags or sliced cucumber with a cold washcloth you have put in the refrigerator for, yet again, another 5-10 minutes. If you don't have the time for the refrigerator, dunk the clean washcloth in ice water for 30 seconds. Also, remember to fold the washcloth so it basically covers just your eyes and the sides of your forehead. Hope this helps!
