I remember reading somewhere that if you don't have eye primer available, you can use a light cream concealer as a base for mineral eye colour. Is this true?

I use it. I think a make-up artists recommended I do, because I have pink pigment in my eyelids. So I use my creamy concealer in porcelain. Works well, and all my shadows stay put!
